Chris’s place was an amazing experience! All the amenities that were in the listing are nice and clean such as the grill, patio, firepit! I had a bit of last minute changes to the guest count and Chris was very understanding and accommodating with those requests! The Cabin was very clean and cozy it felt like a home! It was a perfect retreat that I needed to disconnect from society and reconnect with myself and family! I am looking forward to hopefully staying there again in the future!

We had such a pleasant day here—off the grid and in nature. We didn’t even need to go anywhere. We enjoyed hanging at the house and hiking nearby trails and rivers. It’s a beautiful area and exceeded our expectations.

All i can say is, thank you! For being such a wonderful host.This house truly is amazing. Nothing beats a breathtaking view of the mountains and forest in your backyard every morning when you wake up. Hearing the gushing river gives you that calming vibes that makes you just want to relax. Me and my family had a memorable stay. I would recommend this for sure.

We loved our stay at the Riverhaus. Chris was an incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful host. The surroundings were peaceful and beautiful, and we enjoyed watching the baby deer visit the yard every morning. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and very clean. The kitchen was large and well-appointed (there's even a waffle iron!) and 3 women were able to cook together very comfortably. We enjoyed eating outside on the balcony, watching Netflix together on the couch, and then retiring to our own king-size beds! I would definitely stay at Riverhaus again.

Chris and Christian home was really beautiful, it made us feel like we were at home. They always made sure to answer any questions we had and were very helpful. I will be coming back in the future to this place, it was very spacious and with a lot to do around. My family and I really enjoyed and loved this cottage. Thank you for letting us stay.

The cabin was a beautiful getaway from the city! Surrounded by miles and miles of forest, this is the perfect spot to relax and take a deep breath of fresh air.

Can’t wait to go back. Perfect get away for our anniversary! Peaceful, quiet, beyond beautiful. We Had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. Went shopping before heading up to the house. Stopped at swimming holes along the way, found swimming holes in town, when to the Stagg tree and 100 giant trail. The restaurant in town was great. Camp Nelson was fun to visit. The house couldn’t have been better. Chris was an awesome host, responsive and communication was great. We look forward to heading back for longer next year. Thank you Chris! We loved our stay!💜🐝🍯🐸

Wonderful stay, Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout my check in and check out dates and accommodated me and my group perfectly. I really enjoyed this location as it was very peaceful, had all the right necessities, and was very homey. Looking forward to come back!

More than recommended!!!! This cabin is located beautifully with breathtaking views of the mountains!! Chris is an amazing host. He is always reachable, he answers to any questions in an instant, and he is incredibly helpful! The cabin is more than comfortable and it was easy to find. We will be more than happy to come back in the future. The view from the three bedrooms are also beautiful. Super nice getaway!!!!

The cabin was real easy to find. It was very peaceful and quiet. Chris and Christy responded quickly to all my questions. At the cabin, there was a family of deer that came by each morning to visit. There is also plenty of personal space so if you need a moment to yourself, you can get away from the rest of your party. And plenty of family space to hang out and enjoy your time with them. We went to visit the Sequoia National Park and although that was a bit of a drive, the roads we passed through were off the beaten path and provided for additional scenery and landscape pictures. Overall, it was a good time and we would totally come back again!
